Payroll Specialist (FT) - $13.68
Fiscal Affairs – Salamanca, NY

Basic Function:

Support the operation of the Payroll Department by performing the weekly processing functions.  Responsible for managing wage benefits.  Maintains a strict confidentiality of all employee information in accordance with all applicable federal, state and SNI laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, etc.  Responsible for receiving and accurately processing timecards on a weekly basis for 100+ employees and ensuring payroll checks are processed and distributed accordingly.

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree with 2 years experience in related field.  Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays when required.  Must possess knowledge of American Fund ware, Excel and Word.
