A/P Specialist I (1 FT Position) Rate: $15.22
SNI Fiscal Department - Salamanca, NY 

Basic Function:

Process various SNI payables from source documents.  Responsible for specific alphabetized accounts.  Responsible for vendor maintenance and reconciliation. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree in business field.  Two to three years experience in a related field.  Knowledge of Lotus, Excel, account software and MSWord.

Highbanks Head Lifeguard (1 FT Seasonal Position) Rate: $12.09
Highbanks Campgrounds – Steamburg, NY

Basic Function:

Supervise/oversee certified lifeguards and participants.  Responsible for the safety of the public using the swimming pool, including children’s wading pool.  Ensures rescue equipment is in proper condition at pool sights.  Assists in organizing schedules and pool hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2 years experience.  Active students will be considered.  Must provide current proof of water safety training completion.  Must be physically fit and be able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays as necessary. Position is subject to pre-employment and random drug screens.

Court Clerk (1 FT Position) Rate: $16.93
SNI Judicial Dept. – Salamanca, NY

Basic Function:

Assist the assigned court Judge in research, analysis and administrative functions on a daily basis.  Gathers statistical data generated through court activities in order to advise and assist the Court Judge in carrying out appropriate administration of the Court.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree in Legal studies and/or three (3) years experience in the legal field.  Knowledge of the overall SNI Policies and Procedures.  Legal terminology and dictation a must.  Typing speed of 50 WPM, Notary preferred.  Must be able to carry on the day-to-day operations of the Court in the absence of the Administrative Court Judge. Position is subject to pre-employment and random drug screens.

Administrative Assistant (1FT Position) Rate: $ 13.68

Basic Function:

Provides administrative support to free the attention of the supervisor.  Assist in the development of departmental procedures.  Serves as liaison between staff and supervisor/dept head.  Performance objectives include planning, research, communication, project coordination, record keeping, inventory management and budgeting. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Office Management/Business Administration or related field.  Three years related work experience.  Must be computer proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications.   Accounting and Bookkeeping necessary.  Must be able to pass a background/criminal history clearance as mandated by Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act, if applicable.

Basic Function:

Responsible for the maintenance of software and hardware in support of the strategic initiatives of the Nation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Systems or other related technology field. Requires proven working knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows) and experience in providing support or training in MS Office.  Knowledge in TCP/IP, routing and internet working a must.  Must be able to work independently and with limited supervision. Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and resolution skills required, as well as the ability to work directly with people or over the telephone are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Minor physical lifting required.  Valid NYS driver’s license.
